A Handbook for Lifelong Learners
Seeking Self an inner journey to healthy relationship
MEMPHIS: All human beings yearn to understand why they feel the way
they feel. Awakening to the emotions happening inside helps us work
through issues, unkind words and actions, and explain choices that
prevent our growth.
In the search for Self, we often turn to self-help seminars,
workshops, and books that are filled with should's, ought-to's, and
how-to instructions. Lifelong learners understand that personal
growth happens deep within the core of our being, not just a simple
change in habits. Through careful, conscious attention to how we use
our power, to how we respond to our feelings and needs, and how we
connect emotionally with our Self, we can discover ways to align
with our highest potential and create the love and harmony we wish
to experience.
Seeking Self is a gentle guide that offers 5 Ways for the reader to
discover who they really are and to understand how the choices they
make can create the consequences, love, and happiness they wish to
experience. Through this discovery, they come to know Self in the
context of a loving and nurturing relationship, one that prepares
them to interact with others in more healthy ways.
Author Stephan McLaughlin, Jr., has been on the journey of Self
discovery for over 20 years. He is able to reach his audience
through an open and honest disclosure of his personal story, and how
his choices created such dis-ease and dissatisfaction in his life
that he surrendered to new ways of thinking, behaving, and living.
Only by changing the very nature of his response to life's
challenges was he able to experience peace and love as never before.
Stephan's story is his gift to others who seek to create more loving
and nurturing relationships and interactions in their life and shift
to a love-centered way of being.
